RETURNS

While we strive to perfect our customer experience to ensure you are completely satisfied with our products and services, due to the fragile and sensitive nature of plant parts, please understand that we cannot accept returns of any flower products. All other products can be returned.

EXCHANGES

We do not facilitate exchanges for products once they have been opened. For exchanges of equal value, please contact customer support within 7 days.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please fill out this form with your order number, email address, and a photo of the damage, and we will respond within 48 business hours.
