Shipping Policy

We ship U.S.-grown hemp-derived products containing ≤ 0.3% Δ⁹‑THC, compliant with the 2018 Farm Bill. Orders are shipped domestically only, and international or military/APO/FPO shipping is strictly prohibited.

Carrier Guidelines

We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx—each with unique requirements:

    •    USPS: Permitted for hemp products (not vapes). Must comply with all federal/state laws, retain lab reports & licenses for ≥ 3 years. Do not ship internationally or to military addresses 

    •    UPS: Accepts hemp/CBD products under strict conditions. No shipments from locations that also sell marijuana, and no vape/liquid products. Domestic only.

    •    FedEx: Only accepts hemp-derived products (≤ 0.3% THC), no raw plant materials, vapes, or concentrates.

State Restrictions

Although federally legal, some states ban specific hemp cannabinoids. We maintain an updated state restriction list and block shipping to prohibited destinations. It’s your responsibility to verify product legality in your state before ordering.

Order Fulfillment

    •    Processing Time: Orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment.

    •    Delivery Estimates:

    •   USPS Priority: 2–4 business days

    •  UPS Ground / FedEx Ground: 3–7 business days

All shipments include tracking numbers and optional insurance at checkout.

Packaging & Lab Documentation

    •    Products are sealed in odor-proof, tamper-resistant packaging with clear labeling of THC content and origin.

    •    We include a Certificate of Analysis (COA) with each shipment (not in external packaging but internal) and maintain records for at least 3 years.

Age Verification

Customers must be 21 or older. We reserve the right to request ID upon delivery.

Cancellation & Refunds

Orders may be canceled or refunded if:

    •    Carrier refuses shipment or confiscates the package.

    •    Shipping laws or regulations change.

    •    Customer requests cancellation before dispatch.
