3. Orders, Payments & Billing
- Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and subject to change without notice.

- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including suspected fraud, misuse, or product limitations.
- Payments are processed securely via third-party processors. We do not store full payment card details.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship only to locations where hemp-derived products are legal. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary. Delays caused by third parties (carriers, customs, etc.) are not our responsibility.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
5. Refunds & Returns
While we strive to perfect our customer experience to ensure you are completely satisfied with our products and services, due to the fragile and sensitive nature of plant parts, please understand that we cannot accept returns of any flower products.
